Viking Sensorless System · Camera-based body measurement
An exoskeleton built to fit your body, measured without a single sensor.
Our camera-based system captures your body's dimensions and how you move, with nothing attached to you. We use it to design and fit each exoskeleton to the person who'll wear it.
Why measure without sensors?
Nothing attached to you
No markers, sensors or tape measures. You stand and move naturally in front of the cameras, and that's it.
A better fit
An exoskeleton sized to your body supports the right places and stays comfortable through a long day.
Captures how you move
Not just your size standing still: we see how you bend, reach and walk, and design around it.
How it works
From camera to custom fit in four steps
Hover over or pickTap a step to see what happens at each stage.
One person or a whole team
Every Viking exoskeleton starts with measuring the person who'll wear it.
Individuals
A device made for you
Whether it's NORA for the hills or a custom device, we measure you first so it fits your frame rather than an average one.
Teams
Fit everyone, not just the average
Mountain rescue teams, workplaces and clinics can have every member measured, so each person's device fits them properly.
What a fitting includes
Body measurement
Key dimensions captured by camera, with no contact.
Movement capture
How you bend, reach and walk, not just how you stand.
Design to fit
Your device sized and configured from your measurements.
Fit check
The finished device checked and adjusted on you.

Measured to ASTM standards
The same measurements, taken the same way, every time
We take body measurements using the definitions set by ASTM International Committee D13, through its subcommittee on body measurement (D13.55). Each dimension is located and measured exactly as the standard describes, so results are consistent between sessions and comparable with established sizing data.
